The “PromTrubMontage” company produces tanks, containers for reception, storage, transportation, technological processing and delivery of various kinds of products and liquids. Tanks are made in various design variants: one-wall or thermoisolated, of closed or open type, horizontal and vertical tanks, stationary or mobile, with flat, conic and spherical bottom.
Capacitive equipment can be manufactured by standard designs, under the client’s drawings and our own designs that are made under the client’s specification.
Capacitive equipment and containers differ under their designation:
- Ones for a process – they allow to process food stuff by means of auxiliaries that means various kinds of mixers, heating, jacket in which cold or warm water runs, measuring and adjusting elements;
- Ones for storage – they are intended for storage of food raw materials, for example, milk (raw and processed, fermented), cream, syrups, oils, etc.;
- Compensatory ones - are intended for maintenance of constant inflow to pumps and for making a circulating loop for cooling or heating tanks with a jacket.
Capacitive equipment used for containers:
- Mixing devices. Depending on requirement it is possible to install in a cover, casing, on the bottom;
- Covers and bottom – flat, spherical, conic, with flanging and without flanging;
- Measuring and regulating elements - level gauges, reading devices, thermometers, thermostats, servovalves, electronic valves;
- Hatches – free-flow, oval, round;
- Cleaning elements – washing balls, washing arms, washing atomizers
- Jackets for heating or cooling – double case, internal coil;
- Insulation – welded casings of stainless steel; material – stainless steel, sheet aluminium.
- Filler - silicate cotton or foam depending on working temperature;
- Surface treatment - polishing; sandblasting.
